Sales Developer HOME


We’re hiring ! Sales Developer Home – Limburg


Are you passionate about sales, retail execution, and building strong brands in-store? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Developer Home to grow our presence across hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores in Limburg.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving visibility and availability of our brands, ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time. Your mission: hit sales targets and further strengthen Spadel’s market share.

What you’ll do:

  • Maximize product visibility through optimal shelf positioning and facings
  • Drive distribution, shelf share, second placements, and chilled availability
  • Ensure strong in-store execution across all categories (Water & Lemonades)
  • Use data and insights to prepare store visits and lead impactful negotiations, based on Perfect Store principles
  • Create and negotiate local actions to boost visibility and turnover beyond promotions
  • Support customers in pre-ordering promotions to guarantee availability
  • Share best practices, ideas, and market feedback during Field Team meetings
  • Maintain high-quality data in SAP C4C, enabling strong regional performance tracking and dashboards

🎯 Who we’re looking for

  • An enthusiastic, driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Dutch speaker, with a good working knowledge of French and English
  • First experience in Sales within FMCG is a plus, but not a must
